Arrival
The key address is stated in the lease. The house is at your disposal from kl. 15.00
After kl. 14.00 You are welcome to ask if the house is ready.
Should arrival be later than kl. 17:00, the tenant must contact us - no later than the day before arrival - to arrange alternative handing over of keys.
The same applies to arrival on a day other than the agreed day of arrival.
Departure
Relocation no later than 10.00 on the day of departure.
The key must be handed in, together with money for consumption at the key address.
Electricity, water and heating / oil are always paid on departure.
The following must always be done by the tenant:
- Regular cleanup
- Dishwasher / dishwasher
- Baking oven cleaning
- Cleaning the barbecue
- Emptying ash into wood stove
- Emptying the garbage bag in the house (also remember toilet bucket)
In general
The cottage is furnished / equipped for the specified number of people, incl. duvets / pillows and kitchen utensils.
Bring: bed linen, towels, tea towels and the like. Can be rented.
Note: In houses with a cot, bring a duvet and pillow for the child.
There must not be more people in the house than the specified max. number of people.
1-2 children under the age of three who sleep in a cot do not count.
Pets are not allowed without permission in the house and on the plot.
The holiday home must be handed over in the same condition as at the transfer.
Tenant is liable for lost property and damage caused during the rental period.
Should any damage occur during the rental period, the tenant is obliged to notify us immediately.
Damages not reported before departure from the holiday home will be repaired at the tenant's expense.
No insurance has been taken out on our part to cover the tenant's person or property during the rental period.
Payment terms:
1 installment: 50% of the contract amount must be paid as stated on the lease.
2 installment: The balance is payable 60 days before arrival.
For rentals later than 60 days before the start of the rental period, the entire rental amount is due for immediate payment upon receipt of the rental certificate.
We can not offer a travel insurance.
Cancellation
In the event of termination of the lease within 60 days before the commencement of the lease period, in which case 20% of the gross rent is paid, however min. Kr. 745.00. In the event of later termination, the full rental amount is paid 100%.
In the event of a re-letting of a terminated lease 1-59 days before arrival the re-let is refunded.
Gross rent minus 20%, however min. DKK 745.00. If the lease is not re-let, no refund will follow.
